Amelia
Amelia was rescued from a rural property with several other dogs. Her former home was tied to a tree living under a camper top.
Amelia is a sweet, smaller and smoother coated Aussie mix (probably with Beagle). Amelia is a shy, but curious little dog that will bond very deeply to one person in the home. She prefers women, but is happy to receive and give affection to men that are non threatening. Amelia does very well with other dogs and ignores cats.
Once Amelia settles in, she has an adorable - comical personality. She enjoys nose bumping her person when she wants some attention, and is a bit of a toy hoarder and stealer. She loves to pile up her favorite treasures in her crate.
Amelia walks wonderfully on leash and rides well in the car. She is housetrained, crate trained and looking for an understanding owner to continue her socialization. She has completed her heartworm treatment and is now available for adoption.
Amelia is fostered in Woodstock, GA.
